2 eggs, beaten 🥚
Salt & pepper 🧂
Oil for frying 🛢️
For the Sesame Sauce:
⅓ cup soy sauce 🌿
½ cup honey 🍯
2 tbsp rice vinegar 🍚
1 tbsp hoisin sauce 🍜
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp sesame oil 🛢️
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for slurry) 🌽

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dip each piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with a mixture of cornstarch and flour.
2️⃣ Fry the Chicken:
Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

In a saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
4️⃣ Thicken the Sauce:
Mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add it to the sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.
5️⃣ Coat the Chicken:
Add the fried chicken to the saucepan and toss until fully coated in the sticky sesame sauce.
6️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over steamed rice or with stir-fried vegetables!
💡 Tips:
For a healthier option, try air frying or baking the chicken! 🍃
Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick 🌶️.
