1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

For the Rice:
1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
2 cups beef or chicken broth
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Step 1: Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, broth, butter, garlic powder, and salt.
